Employees who are considering bringing an Employment Tribunal Claim must first enter into Pre-Claim Conciliation with ACAS.
Whilst it is a process that individuals or employers can enter into themselves, professional representation at this stage indicates to the other party that you are taking matters seriously.
We can advise you, as part of the process, which areas of the claim have the most merit. In addition we can advise you what level of compensation you ought to be asking for or settling for, if any.
For Claimants we can advise and act as your Representative in any Pre-Claim Conciliation on a no-win no-fee basis. We will charge you 10% plus VAT of any compensation that we secure for you as part of the pre-claim conciliation process.
For Employers we can act as your representative on a fixed-fee arrangement, whether this is to negotiate a settlement or to put forward a robust defence.
